Subject: Complaint against Celetrate Motors Pvt Ltd. for not solving the technical problem of my Activa No.DL13-SS-4495 even after 5 days.

I purchased a Activa (Details given above) on 19/02/2017, I had given my Activa to the workshop for some repairs regarding starting trouble. This is my second visit for the same problem, at the time of first service, i mentioned this starting and petrol overflow trouble, but even after the service the problem was not resolved.
Now when the problem started again, I went to the workshop of celebrate Honda (Plot No. 27, Industrial Area Patparganj, New Delhi-110092 ) on 19/02/2017 and asked and insisted the workshop incharge to solve this problem permantely as I don’t have time to
visit the workshop again & again, So he booked/deposited my Activa for repairs in the workshop and said I will look into the matter & asked me to take it after 4-5 days.
Now today (24.02.2017) when I went to workshop to take the delivery of my Activa, he said it is not repairable under warranty and you will be charged for the repairs because you have added Suger in petrol tank and it has damaged the Carburetor. At this time I doubt and not only doubt, but i am sure that he himself has done something wrong (added suger) to harass me. This is not an acceptable behavior with any Customer.
Now I feel that, he (workshop Incharge of Celebtare Motors Pvt Ltd.) was annoyed with me (or interested in penalizing me by charging money for repair). because when I went to workshop on 19/02/2017 and requested him 2-3 times please repair it properly, he got annoyed/angry and told me not to teach them how to work. He started shouting at me, and also threatened me to be ready for the consequences, thus to take revenge he has done all this propaganda. I even requested him to please cooperate, but he totally refused and misbehaved.
Now I Request the HONDA Company to take appropriate action against the Dealer
M/s CELEBRATE MOTORS Pvt Ltd.. and maintain the Goodwill/Faith in customers. I strongly object to such behaviors of staff who gets annoyed just in a little argument. I think the customer has the right to raise complaint again if it is not resolved in service.
Please help me out of this situation, I am afraid they may further damage my Activa.
So please make sure that they will not damage it further. And I request you to please repair my Activa and deliver me as soon as possible.
