Honda Motors India - DEFAULT IN DELIVERY OF CAR FROM MANCHESTER HONDA Complaint Rating:   

Have booked HONDA CITY 2017 S MT variant PETROL M.STEEL vehicle with MANCHESTER HONDA, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on 15-Feb-2017 by paying Rs.25,000 vide their receipt no.1039 with a commitment that vehicle will be given delivery within a weeks time ie. before 22nd Feb 2017.. FULL AMOUNT PAID BUT YET TO GET DELIVERY DATE COMMITMENT.
My grievance
• Sir, why I have to wait for almost 10 days that too after paying the full amount for the delivery of the Vehicle.
• Why faults commitment given and full amount collected if delivery dates are not going to be met
• If HONDA is not in control in getting Vehicle approvals why full amount was collected from me

With the promise MANCHESTER HONDA given have also disposed my car and finding it difficult to manage with out car that too, after paying the full money am compelled for this state of discomfort / inconvenience.
