Hello sir,
This is Abhinash Nahak, I had placed an order from Homeshop 18 on June 1, 2017 having ORDER ID - 1013148989 and SUB-ORDER ID: 149326195. But i don't know why they cancelled the same from their side. Then i contacted the customer Care for my refund.. They told me to wait for 4-5 day for refund. But after 23 days, still i didn't get my refund back but in my Homeshop account it showed refunded. I was completely shocked. Because it's showing false information as i didn't get any refund. Then i contacted the complain helpline no. but they are of no use. They told that we had refunded your money which is a lie. Several times i contacted them but they are not helping me to get my own money back. They told me to mail bank statement of my bank account and i did the same but still there is no response from your side. I have all the proofs that i didn't get my money back, they are just frauds online marketing. Here i am enclosing my bank statement that there is no refund from their side. Please help me to get my money back.
