I purchased a jewellery with a saree online. They first delivered wrong product to me. After making. After making complaint they picked up the product and delivered the correct product but the jewellery was defected and saree was used by someone earlier as it had black spots all over and safety pin holes over it. When i requested to take it back and deliver undefected piece to me, they sent executive to my home and he picked up the product. And now they are not delivering the product to me and also not refunding my money as well. I mailed them number of times and they have issued a random e-coupon for the same and that is too with a validity. When i am asking them they are not replying on mail properly and saying that i have to use the coupon only and they will not giving my money back and not deliver the product
