Home Center - Furnitures Complaint Rating:

Dear Team,
This is to lodge a complaint against home center, especially the Supervisor Mr. Raju from Viaviana mail, Thane outlet. He says, I can do whatever, but he will not support me anymore.
I had purchased all my home furnitures from home center, total amount 2lac+. Now this is big money. I had to take loan for the same.
Within six months, cracks appeared on the furnitures and the shelves and sheets bent. Back on all furniture's badly spoiled. I called and highlighted to Mr Raju (Till then I had great trust on him, because of name of lifestyle), but he responded very slowly. When he did nothing, Later I wrote to home center customer care.after 4-5 months of followup, They took furnitures to repair. But when they bright it back, they just painted it, bents were the same, many cracks were still there. Now, Mr. Raju says he won't help me any more. Even customer care is speaking the same. I am mentally harassed and very anxious. I have call recordings as well.
