Holy Family Hospital - Estimate For Conventional BPH Surgery Instead Of Laser Surgery Complaint Rating:

I am Sanjay Kumar and i was admitted to Holy Family Hospital from 16.07.2018 to 19.07.2018 for laser surgery of BPH. I had insurance policy with Max Bupa but Laser surgery claim is not admissible. Max Bupa wants charges of conventional surgery to settel my claim. I gave written several time to TPA but got no reply for last two months, without their reply I can not settel my claim with Max Bupa,You are requested to look in to detail and arrange to provide estimate of conventional Surgery.
