Travel agent updated terms and conditions after receiving payment and refused ti refund the amount. I had booked a trip to Nainital from Delhi via TravelTriangle. They provided me the quotes which included Hotels and private Swift Dzire cab. On verbal acceptance they generated an invoice with terms and conditions mentioned in before.pdf. There was no mention of cab timings and extra charges. However, once I made the first installment of payment they sent a new set of terms and conditions which stated cabs will be available for only 8 hours a day and Swift Dzire will be provided on availability. This is a clear case of fraud and I denied to accept it. I argued with them and sent a mail to their customer care. They started hanging up on me and literally told me that they are no willing to make any change.
