Sir,
1. I had visited Laxmi Machines to purchase a window ac 1 ton 3 star for my relative. The dealer Mr Maheshwari was not only rude but did not follow basics of business rules of cashless transactions as enunciated by our Prime Minister.
Following merit attention:-
a. Laxmi Machines is the only dealer of Hitachi ACs in Bikaner. He did not have ATM/ Credit card swiping machine and insisted on cash payment. And that too advance payment for a product (AC in this case)that he did not have in stock and that he booked in a personal notebook and did not give me any receipt. Later on he gave me his bank details for electronic transfer but no receipt of booking that can be my basis for adv/full payment.

b. Company provides installation services to customers to which owner and his father had preferential treatment for set of customers and he argued illogically despite my request of paying him.

c. He being the single dealer of Hitachi ACs in Bikaner showed undue pressure on us to convey that if I had to buy this item, its only him that I have to bank upon.
2. Suitable action may please be initiated against Laxmi Machines and many others like him who violate rules.

JS RAJPUROHIT Dear Sir, My basic concern with Hitachi was not the product but with the dealer. The way he behaved and refused to provide Hitachi AC. His hegemony in a democratic India is unacceptable. More so he is damaging the brand image of HITACHI. There appears no action by you against him or I am not aware of any action if you have initiated one. I request you to please appraise me the actions taken against the Dealer Laxmi Machines, Bikaner to prevent him harass other customers. Thanking you for your response. Soliciting positive response.
