Sir,
Ten days before I had purchased hitachi AC Model No.Hitachi Inv/ASC1.5w-32001318 EAEA/ZA with Primer wide range inv400, On 2 /4/2017 I had payed 45,880, but they had not delivered this product even after ten days. They called me and asked me to purchase another product because of a shortage of this product , then I booked another AC, the scanned copy of bill has been attached. On 15/4/2017,a service engineer came installed the AC , he analysed that some sound is coming and told me that there's a motor problem in this AC. I asked him to provide me a new unit, Croma shop delivered new unit but the Hitachi service person is not ready to change it. I am currently helpless with a new unit lying around and another unit not functioning properly.please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
