I Ordered Honor 8X, and I was informed that, I could return back the product by there customer service executive, after 2 days from purchase I was informed that, there is no return policy as such and I can only exchange the product. This all communication was done over chat support on website, and when I asked them to forward me all the chat transcripts from earlier interaction, I was denied of that, on top of that, there support staff members were so rude that, they never tried to listen to my problem and instead they had a standard reply saying they are sorry to hear this and they apologize for the inconvenience caused. They never realize that my money is at stake and I needed a solution to my problem. When I asked them to put me through there supervisor chat support execute never understand what was being asked for. I did not get any deals from the sale, I never got solution to return this box piece, which I haven't yet opened. I am upset with the kind of service/support hihonor gives, they do not have any honor.
