Hewlett -packard - Laptop Complaint Rating:
I was purchased a product from Sargam electronics on 4-1 -2016 with accidental warrenty.my product got screen damage in this warrenty period and I claim so many times for this to HP service center but they always deny stating some fault from seller.
After that I make a final appeal in last week of December .they demand me seller invoice and one screen shot of laptop assuring me if you provide these 2 document your warrenty condition will fulfilled .
After ending of warrenty period a call from HP that "sir we can't update your warrenty" and they closes all the matters ,finally making all the damage to me
