Problem description: IN/NCD/NSR/ONS/HP Notebook 15-ay513TX ALL/Display Issue

I have purchase HP laptop on 18th Mar, 2016. Since from that I got idea that there is color staturation issue and web cam dullness.

I have send many proof to them after that it was decide by their authorities to give me Refund as they where not able to repair it. Because as them this their standard of product quality.

Then 3 person from HP call me and asked me to meet at hotel Narula, Sector 5, Noida. Where they told me that instead of refund they will give me 3 years unconditional warranty in Rs. 999. After few discussion I was ready to accept their offer. They asked me to send them mail that I do not want refund and then they will give me warranty.

Once I did it after that none of them pickup my phone call or give me any reply on mail. Also they all spoke roughly and quarrel with me.

I have mail proof of refund which they offer and then denied.
Refund was initiated by HP and then stopped.
