Respected Sir health kart has taken Rs 673 for 1 medicine thrice. But when informed them , they are denying it and refused to refund as a proof i attached the bankstatement of mine.Even on emailing them the proof they are arrogant and says that it's taken by their courier partner, but I don't know any courier partner as I paid it to HealthKart via swipe machine brought by courier designated by healkart . But nowadays companies and institutions became so reluctant towards consumers that they they don't even bother to care any law or court as is evident from day to day behaviours of them . Heavy penalties or compensation can only make them to abide by the laws of the country.
