Dear Sir,

HDFC personal Loan Team, tele caller Mamatha 41429 Rude & harsh treatment on call Personal loan number 45523237

After severe followup with Paisa Bazaar i have taken your personal loan.

My due date was 6th of every month. I have missed current month due to some personal reason. i got a call on after 10 days from your tele caller name mamatha 41429, She dont have any commensense how to speak with customer. she was shouting on call many times, when you dont have money why you have taken loan and also called me almost 100 times every day troubling me a lot.

I said last week friday will pay. i asked agent to come collect the cheque at my house she said not possible i have to go nearest bank & need to pay. i tried many times not possible for me to pay in bank. my company not allowed me on business hours.

every day there is a big torture was she doing calling me, My family members telling that i am done fraud, those people calling me

She started insulting me in front of my family friends too.

Final i requested for atleast send for cheque pickup she sent for the same even for that i have to coordinate with her & collecting agent. she said before 2 pm i need to pay, collection executive will say i will come after 4 pm. again she will call & said why you asked for 4 pm, there is a huge communication gap in your team members.

Final i paid the cheque, but due to signature mismatch unable to credit in my account, again i got a call to pay cash in bank i said better come & collect in my home. she siad we cannot send to home.

then i said ok come to office she arranged pickup guy, he called me i said in office i may not available i requested to come my home.

after 30 mins i got a call used un parliamentary languages by her shouting on call multiple times, i said connect to branch manager or TL. she said no one is there she is the one i have to interacted, she spoke all nonsense things on phone . i said this call is recording, she said so what even this call is also recorded,

i got irritated i said i wont pay now, ask to manager to call or come to my home need to discuss, she never compromise for the same .

she is so arragent caller i never seen in my life time.

I thought HDFC will give proper training to people, this is a live incidence,

any how planing to go consumer court, will have all recording for the same,

Just they asked to send a official mail to management for response.

I am so much aware about my CIBIL score, Because your team torture i felt dissopinted to pay

Dear Team,

Last month I had send mail to Mr. Aditya Puri regarding your Telecaller Mamatha

Has spoken so harshly over a call

I have not received any updates on the same,

When I had word with Ms Bhanu, after all discussion she said it's my fault only.

With out providing solutions how can you demand me to pay dues,

Iam ready to pay all dues, I want apologies letter from your employee who spoken to me so harshly repeatedly..

Even your officer Bhanu unable to adress my queries, every one is demanding that pay the dues,

My sincere request to you sir, as your officer ms. Bhanu said it's my mistake I have to listen what ever they say, Telecaller is not committed any mistake, she already listen all call recording, in such case I request you to please provide call recording.

Will match with my recordings

If my mistake will give you apologies letter from my end.
