HDFC Bank - Loan On Credit Card Complaint Rating:
Offer came from hdfc that i can take 20000 insta loan on credit card so i took it on 30.03.17 but as i took laon my credit card limit went in negetive ao bank charged 500 inr and as i know it i again maintained my limit +ve within 3 hour and bank also charger 250 inr as processing fee , qhen i talk to bank representative for cloaure of loan and reversal of 500inr on same date 30.03.17 they told me that it will come in my crefit card account within 4 days but after 5 days mail comes that bank cant reverse the money .
