HDFC Bank - Credit Card Complaint Rating:

Hi,
I have salary account from hdfc bank which i have opened in Capgemini before 7 months. At this time they have provided me free HDFC credit card which i have not used till day, With out intimating me they have activated insurance policy on my HDFC credit card which i came to know after 2 months. By that time only there was a due of 800RS on that card. Then i spoke with hdfc customer care people so many times regarding this insurance policy and asked them to cancel the policy as that is their mistake to do this with out intimating me and i also told them to close the credit card as well. They told like they have raised a request to concerned team and it was told that everything will be done in 15 days.
Then after 15 days when i was checking the status of my credit card it was told me like no plan is active on this card.
Now i have applied for personal loan in HDFC bank and it has been rejected saying that there is a problem with cibil score because of this due on credit card insurance premium of 3800RS and i am not getting proper response from credit card department or bank.
