Dear sir,
I Purchase a Ecco car of Maruti. I give this car for service at Sudarshan Automobile Panipat. When I received the car there was some abnormal sound as like chin-chin. Window not working properly after service. Hand Brake is also heated after servicing. We sent the car again on 11/3/2017. But 2nd time also same problem. When I contact to dealer to Mr Rakesh relationship manager the said me you can do anything. I give complaints to Maruti customer care two times by phone but both times the complaint is closed without any information and without any intimation to me. This is maruti service you capture 50% of market. If ou will provide this type of service you will be on road. If you will not action this time I will put my recording at social media. And consumer court also.
