Harjai Computers Pvt Ltd - HR Team - False Commitments Before The Joining Process. Complaint Rating:   

I have recently joined Harjai on 22nd Aug 2019 and working at client location in Borivali since day 1 in SAP profile. During the recruitment process the so called HR head ( Ms. Neha Singh ) had a very unprofessional manner & a wrong attitude while talking over a call & forced me for the joining date, infact my joining formalities (like offer letter signing, Induction) were done after 6-7 days of my joining at the client location and not before. At the time of joining the prohibition period was told as 1 week and not more then that, about the salary it will be treated as a case and will be transfered to the account on 3rd or 4th of Sept itself as 1st & 2nd are holiday was a confirmation provided over the call from the team member's for which my bank account details were also taken later, the told deduction in the salary was completely different on papers then said earlier. Now even after been a part of Harjai, the same Head keeps the policy format in front and say the confirmed/commited things can/will not be done because its not the Harjai's policy. Even before signing the offer letter this points was upfrontly informed by me to the HR co-ordinator still no changes were done. Now the team says that my original documets needs to be submitted to Harjai only then the salary can be sent to the accounts team with approvals as it is still possible to transfer the salalry for which i don't mind but after talking to the Ms. Neha Singh " the policy of Harjai dont allow this so the salary won't be credited " is a reason given to me and unwanted Mailbazi will be done.

I wish, any candiate who wishes to join Harjai in coming future should be aware of this fraud talks and such unethical Team heads ( if there are others too), and think twice before being a part of this organisation. The policies here are not structured for fexlibility or of benifits of its employees & the organisation both, but are only for the organisational benifits. My experience with people who represented Harjai has been a worst and this is my 1st unworthy and unprofessional consultancy in Mumbai so far in my career.

Will be intrested to know, if a organisations such as Harjai itself wants such Team Leads working for them to spoil their names in market or wants some professionals, understanding & unegoistic heads to run their business for them.
