Handicrunch - Rakhi Delivery Complaint Rating:   

Hello,
I ordered a Rakhi on 2nd of August, which was to delivered to Germany. The present status shows shipped, which has not been changed since past 4 days. I had a live chat with customer care, they are just keeping me dangling saying it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I am receiving a very cold shoulder from your side. Please confirm the date of delivery. I don't want my rakhi to reach next year. Order number-10214
