Gopaysense - Harrassment Calls From Paysense Due To Non Payment Of 2EMI Complaint Rating:   

Sir/madam,

This is complaint against the non banking firm Paysense. I borrowered 21000 now the balance left is 10000rs.

I receive threatening calls from Paysense agent even at night 10.30pm in a drunken conditions. I have recorded call when I sent Email to the Paysense team they always draft email in favor of their collection agent. They further claim that the call I have is incomplete. I can share all the information about these team. They call for collection at the same time they represent Ecs to the bank which get bounced and I'm being charged 400rs from last 8.months.

Paysense is threatening. I can pay 1000rs to them every month. But they disagree to the same. I have attached call recording of the Paysense team. I don't have other recording to attach but yes Paysense team claim that have recorded call.

The calls from them are Humiliating, violent they further say I'm not a son of one dad, they went on my religion, they threatened me to come at my work placed and make me naked.

I have also attached screen print of Paysense about my payment history and the balance dues.
