GOLDEN BIKES KAROL BAGH - Bike Accessories Complaint Rating:

Good Evening!



I am writing here to complain about one shopkeeper named as GOLDEN BIKES having bike accessories shop at 1808/52, Shri Krishna Das Marg, Block 37J, Nai Walan, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi 110005.



I visited that shop on 13/06/2017 at around 7 PM for having some utility and essential items of My bike Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350.



As you know that rainy season is about to come so I decided to have nylon roping on my two wheeler LEG guard to prevent it from rust and oxidation.



This shopkeeper showed me two qualities of Ropes one was of worth Rupees 250/- and other was of Rupees 650/-(which he was claiming imported one and of better quality).



Finally I decided to proceed for imported one which was of worth 650/-



Before finalization I showed my bike Leg guard to one of his employee (because ANCHIT the shop owner was busy) to have confirmation that whether this ROPE roll would be enough to complete this leg guard or not, that person confirmed me that Sir,,, this one is imported one so one roll would be enough to completely wrap your full leg guard.



When they started the wrapping which took almost 45 mins we found that this rope length is not enough to complete my bike Leg guard, the owner request me to come next day as he would arrange the roll which was not available with him at that time.



After taking one hour early leave from my office I visited that shop again on next day after waiting of 45 mins he arranged the roll from somewhere but when I asked him to install it fast as I need to go somewhere, he asked me to pay additional money for that



I informed him that if there is fault in your product then why I should pay you extra, your people confirmed for the same, even that employee also accepted in front of him and me that yes he confirmed the same.



I requested him to make it complete without any cost implication then he said no WE WOULD NOT DO IT, WITHOUT MONEY.



I request you to kindly do the needful as request your extended support to take a strict action against these kind of shopkeepers.



He wasted my 5 hours and took all money from me without completing the work.
