Godrej And Boyce - Balance Not Refunded Against Order Change Of Wardrobe Complaint Rating:   

I ordered Godrej Interio Slide and Store Wardrobe on 15th Oct 2017 night. I very next morning called store located in Preet Vihar Delhi to change my order as I realized that lockers of wardrobe I ordered are not strong enough immediately after I booked my order.

Since I paid through credit card, I enquired how will I get the balance refund if any. To this, it was informed by two persons- first a gentleman, don't know name as I didn't ask, another a lady, Ms. Megha Tiwari, who I interacted with on 15th Oct 2017 that I can change my order and I will get refund via cheque or so but not in cash.

On 17th Oct 2017, I reached store to change my order and I confirmed to purchase H1 Shell wine wardrobe. I was supposed to get balance refund of INR 2309 but at the end store staff denied to refund my balance and even deviated from their words to refund balance that they promised over phone.

I am paying interest on my credit card and getting no refund. I am forced to buy another product in lieu of balance.

How will I get my refund with interest thereto.
