Go Air - Service
I had booked a flight from goair for 2nd October 2017. They cancelled my flight and now they arenot ready to gve me another flight nor arrange my new flight or pay the difference of new flight. This happened with my parents as well in August!! They are just giving the refund of that flight but what about the difference which is huge amoubt becaus eof their mistake. I have to pay 8000 extra just because of their carelessness!! What kind of service is this to frequent flyers!!
I believe action should be taken against such situations. They are not eveb admiting their mistakes and atlking rudely to the customers and cutting the phones saying take the refund and go!!
Please refund my extra amount I had to pay because of tour mistake. Airlines could have informed atleast little earlier instead of informing 2 days before. 8000 is a huge amount for a middle class service based people!
