Product that I have been delivered is totally damaged earphones are damaged and pen drive is not working, power bank is sometimes working and sometimes not, pendrive is completely trash as it hasen't even worked once and earphones were alrwady damaged when I got my order so I don't know what happened but either exchange the products that I have been delivered or I want my money back
