GBPS Fiber - GBPS Internet
I have taken internet connection with GBPS service .
At the time of connection I was informed that I will get total 7 months of service . But now , after completing 6 months they have cut my connection saying that there was no such plan at the time I took the connection !
Moreover, in the initial month (April) my connection was cut due to the mistake of technical person . He took the connection wire from someone's house , and this issue also took almost 20 to 25 days to resolve. At that time some authorised person named Mr. Ashfaq told me that these days will be added to my total active account days . Now for this also they are saying that I have to recharge and these claims cannot be taken at their end !
Can anyone please take this complaint or atleast suggest me how to reach the consumer court ?
