Gadgetsohub - Fake Product Received Instead Of SONY MDR-XB650BT Complaint Rating:   

I've placed an order of SONY MDR-XB650BT which is a wireless over-the-ear headphone, but instead I received a 'ROCK MUSIC' wired headphone which is broken and not working.

The provided 'RETURN MY ORDER' in www.wirelessdeals.in is not working and no customer care phone no. is provided. Also the phone no. provided by shipment provider which is ECOM Express is also not working.

The value of my received product might be less than Rs. 150 while I paid Rs. 1500 for that. So, I want to return the product and REFUND.

The order no. is GT029MAY214 and the barcode no. is 996039416.

I tried to contact the shipment provider whose website is ecomexpress.in to ask for a return but even there was not any such link.
