I purchased an Austin Dining Table from Home Town in Aug-16 from Home Town, GIP Mall, Sector-38, Noida for Rs.68145. It developed cracks within a few weeks and a number of photos were shared with the Sales and Service head of Home Town. After a rigorous follow-up, the product was replaced on 20.12.16 with an assurance in writing that the wood used is Sheesham Wood.

However, again the replaced product has started developing visible cracks and at one place it has chipped off. It seems that the vendor from whom Home Town sources this product is not using the desired quality of wood. I requested for a refund but has been refused stating that the breakage is due to wear and tear. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
