Hi Team! I have taken personal loan from fullerton india and i have been paying it every month. In 2015 i did a top up loan and the ecs was stopped. I gave 2 time ecs form filled bt nothing happened and later i was asked to pay every month to collection guy which i did. Then i was asked to do online payment after 21st emi which again i did...then i was told to do only after emi date ia crossed so that it can reflect in system...then i was asked to pay penalty lasrlt year for which i made 9k penalty as i thought its my mistake, rather i would say collection giya threatned me to do so by coming at my home. And now i was doing payment before 5th of every month due to this issue now again i have been marked penal interest stating i did before 5th of every month...i sd bt i made payment to fullerton customer service manager Felicia and she stated that i am suppose to pay only on 5th if i do it before then also i have to pay penal interest and if after that date then also i have to pay penalty. This team has outsourced their collections to third party who calls atleast 5 times uses abusive language, comes home and threatens my parents and top of it they are not ready to listen...i made call to cust service twice and even spoke to manager there twice but of no help. The mental torture and threat they have given me is immense and not sure where and how to deal with them.. please assist me. My loan a/c number with them is DETAILS FOR LAN "007425100007480" ...i would not like my parents and me been tortured even after i been making payments and asked to do more....
