Freecharge - Wallet Complaint Rating:

I had added money into free charge wallet and wanted the same to get back to my savings account which I am not able to do. I was asked to wait for two days then even I can't do these same. Now I am being asked to wait forever more weeks wherein there is no time limit and I am facing financial crunch because of this thing. Need assistance in the same. I have repeatedly sent them emails for a call back but no one is bothered about the same. There has been no response from any of them. Kindly assist
