Freecharge - Provided Wrong Information On There App Complaint Rating:
This is regarding a mobile money wallet app.
I recharged my no.with 3g/4g data everymonth
To use unused data again i usually recharge again before last date of validity.
Last month also i recharged my no.with 3g/4g data,to use unused data again i recharged my no.again from freerecharge app. It was clearly showing under 3g/4g data 136rs. Recharge i also shared a screenshot as a proof for that.
When i recharged done with all the payments my old data got lapsed when i called customer care reps.of tata docomo that i recharged my no. With 2g data pack. I mailed freerecharge executive and told them the whole incidence. They promised me to get back to.me within 24 hours. They asked me to share all the screen shots regarding this case when they got to knkw that i have all the screenshots and proof with me after 1week they returned 68 rs to me as a token. So that i forgot this issue. I again sent them the mail and told them that i will log a complain against your firm for this issue as you are providing wrong information to your consumers.they didnt cared about that they dont even bother to reply for this
This case is not about that i lost my data this is about they are providing wrong info. To there coustomers. They dont even care to solve there coustomers queries and issues.
After 2 3 mails they replied me one mail in 2 3 days. There representative called me and said that i know about your issue but we only give you 68rs as a token. This is totaly wrong providing fake information just to make there profits and dont bother for that. Please help to take some strict actions against such firms so that they dont cheat there customers just for the sake of there profit.
