I have recharged my DTH through freecharge, but the transaction failed. I was supposed to receive the refund to my account from where it was debited as mentioned in the text message which I received from freecharge. I have done three transactions and all failed. Total amount of Rs. 610 on 17-01-2017.But till today I dint receive any amount. I have also sent mails to
[email protected] but nothing happened they have just provided me with the ticket number and there is no update on the ticket and there is no follow up. Kindly help me to get my money back.
