I have made payment of my postpaid Vodafone number on date 27/12/2017 through freecharge app with online banking but instead of sending my payment to vodafone freecharge paid this amount to Tata Docomo. When my payment not updated after two days I continously complaining about his to the freecharge costumer care with ticket # 1864433 - but they had resolved my problem even after 18 days of complaint
