I have book a mobile phone samsung j5 on EMI without CC on fonoholic.com website, in this regard my address verification has been done and I was paid Rs 1500/- processing fee and deposit Rs 1500/- in current A/C of SMART INFOTECH on name of first EMI on dated- 19.7.2016. But till now I d'nt received mobile and when I contact to fonoholic's executive, he told me to contact customer care, but the number provided to contact is not work. My application number is ID 1907FNH8583. Please help to find the status of this application
