Floweraura - Fixed Delivery Complaint Rating:   

Floweraura people charged me 200 rupees for a fixed time delivery and have not delivered the product.
The refund has also not been initiated yet. Order number :1427547
The order was for a surprise and i was constantly called to make the payment with additional charges to get it delivered between 7-9 am on 5th Sep 2017. the total order costed me 1700 rupees. However when i call their customer care number at 9:25 am they say delivery is not possible as the location is in city outskirts whereas delivery was to be done in kukatpally.
They have cancelled the order and have not even given the refund.
