Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Zapcase Back Cover For MI Redmi Note 4 Complaint Rating:   

I had a very pathetic experience with flipkart today. I have ordered zapcase back cover on 22nd June which is claimed to be ₹899 and after discount of 51% it is ₹467 and they promised me to deliver on 24th but again it delayed till 26th. I received it on 26th after repeated follow ups and escalations.
After receiving the shipment, MRP on the pack is just ₹399.

Please refer to the screenshots and images for order I'd and other details. Which is clear evidence that flipkart is not doing any due deligence for retailers or wholesalers which it is dealing with.

We can not trust flipakart anymore as it is providing a platform and allowing its retailers to cheat on customers.

The shipment which I ordered is from hyderabad and I reside in hyderabad. Retailer is just 10km away from my residence still the delivery is delayed by 3days.
When I reached to the customer care, they adviced me to return the product and wait to get the refund which will not solve my concern as money is not a matter here. It's a serious legal offence and due to lack of due deligence flipkart has wasted so much of valueble time which anybody can not replace.

Need justice.
