Sir , myself shashidhar from Karnataka gulbarga district ..actually my problem is just I had been purchased casual shirts cost of 599 'rs from flipkart..on 11 apr 2017 and took delivery by paying cod cash ..after dat due to some size issue .just i made exchanged for different size and they took pick up and went meanwhile after two days the shirt arrived den instead of prepaid they again telling to pay 599 rs ..already I paid den u called to customer care they telling due to technique issue it's happening shortly will resolve it problem by deadline 17 April but till they not provided product as usual not refunded amount..just playing game by lodging complaint it will be cleared soon and all but I got Feed up this usless people's team..just diverted to book complaint at consumer court helpline.. so pls kindly help sir / mam dis type of issue should not happen to other customers also
