I purchased TV from Flipkart and it was installed. As i observed, the TV quality is not good and the product is HAZARDOUS (DANGEROUS) to the health itself. So, i raised an request to REFUND on my return. But flipkart is rejecting my request to REFUND.
More Info:
1. Within 1 day from the day of installation, i raised an request to REFUND by rejecting the TV
2. Company policy is 10 days of replacement but not refund (which is not fair)
3. My contact number is 9591094000
4. My city name is not in the list so, i mentioned Anantapur. My city name is Davanagere (karnataka state)
If the product is not at all good and hazardous (dangerous) to health, how i can take the replacement?
