i purchased samsung A50 from flipkart.on 3rd feb i got delivery.on 12 feb my phone was switched off automatically.then i made a complaint at customer care.on 13 the feb one of the techie from flipkart visited my house and inspected my phone taken video and photos also.aftr that got msg from flipkart phone will be replaced with new one.on 15th e kart guy came along with new phone for delivery.and asked defect phone and spoken to his supervisor and denied to do delivery and went away.at the same time again i complained customer care they said or team will work on this issue and u will get resolution by 19 th feb now again they asking by 21 feb .so pls look in to this andresolve my issue.
