Hello sir I purchase Samsung galaxy on next by flipcart on 17.02.2017 but battery problem in this mobile so I replace this mobile on 24.02.2017 and I found same problem in this mobile and I again request by flipcart for replace this mobile but customer Care said we do not proceed replace but you can found refund but I do not want refund so I go Samsung Care on and they are found software problem in this mobile on 03.03.2017 and they are said if we do not give any solution we replace your set because set under 10 days but they are give me set and said we are solved your problem but problem not solved so go again Samsung Care and my set live 8.03.2017 to 9.03.2017 on Samsung Care but they are do not given any solution and give me my mobile.sir accutly they are west my time and they want I cross 10 days and today they are do not give me any replace and any solution so flipcart and Samsung Care both cheat me.please sir help me I want replace I do not want refund.
