I have ordered Redmi 8 mobile, I got empty box with no mobile in it. I have contacted customer care support many times but they failed to provide any resolution to me. Later they sent a mail to provide identity proof inspite of sharing identity proof many times they rejected without notifying the customer about the rejection. Flipkart is cheating customers by sending empty boxes with no product in it. Kindly refund my entire amount.
