I buy online mobile in emi online from flipcart.com, with my cousin user ID [email protected] and regd. Mobile no. 7278365168. I pay online with my SBI card. Mobile dliverd to me on 15.02.2017, at evening I start mobile then I getting mobile is heating continue and battery is reduce immediate. I call to flipcart customer they tell me I send you a link in your mobile smartchek, they send link I download after checking they got some heating problem but do not worry. After ten days that problem create then I call him, in this time flipcart customer service tell me that after 10 days company rules we can,t replace the mobile you go to service centre. The flipcart company fraud with me, he cross the replace date and send me to service centre. My mobile not replace to me and my amount not refund me. I warn them I am going to consumer court. His voice record I send you.
