Problem-
Wants a demo of the product we ordered from flipkart as the booklet received donot provide with all the correct information.

Summary-
We have ordered a solo microwave from flipkart which delivered.The delivery person promised that one person will come to explain the installation/uninstallation of the product,but after 48hours no one visited.
In between 2nd day we called the flipkart to know about whether the person will come or not,they said that yes he will come within 48hours(but no visit took place).
Atlast we mailed the flipkart on the 9th day to know the status but no reply came.
Next morning we called fliplkart for the same,after so many arguments with the senior person on phone said that mam we donot provide you the service of installation/uninstallation of the product.

Lastly I will say Booking Online product is fake.They donot know the worth of money we spend in buying of the product.
