I have purchased a mobile ( Moto G5 Pluas) in Flip kart Pvt ltd through Online. after four days i have found the issue in the mobile heating while using the internet mobile consuming more heat. also mobile not getting charged sometime. i have raise request for replacement engineer came while coming i gave my my mobile with heat condition but e reduced the mobile heat and he switched of the mobile and switched on started the video recording. i said while video recording mobile not got heated. i will show you wait for a some more time when using the apps getting heated but he is not agreeing

please do the needful and take necessary action
