Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Mobile Phone Refund Complaint Rating:   

I ordered one redmi note 4 mobile on 27 July 2017 and cancelled it immediately as I wanted another color.
Refund of that cancellation was supposed to credit within 3-4 working days.
But after so many emails and phones I am still struggling for my refund.
I contacted Flipkart so many times through their portal, emails and phones but they are just saying it is system error and providing refund.
I have given my a/c details also but no response.
Please help.
