ordered phone from flipkart, recevied defected product. i raised replacement request, they called and asked me when to call back.i said within two hours. no call came after that. now after a week when i am trying to know the status of replacement, they are saying that it has exceeded the 10 days as specified in replacement policy, whereas it specifies that one need to create a return request within the specified time, now after that i had a talk on 27 april for the replacement they have changed the status of request and telling me that it was my fault as i didnot follow up. kindly check into this issue
