Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Complaint Rating:   

I purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 Note on 16th August,2017 and I placed a return on 21st of August but the flipkart didn't show any kind of initiative.The order id is~OD109940061857933000.Firstly I called the flipkart and one of the executive told me that I will get a refund for this and he took my bank details after the technician visit.They also told me to do the factory reset I also did that but the issue is not solved.The technician came today I told him that I had done the factory reset though he told me that it is his duty to factory reset the set.But I am not satisfied with the service so I just tick on that I am not satisfied and he told me I should not do that.Okey fine then he told me that if the problem is not solved then i have to call up the flipkart.Jst few hours before I call up flipkart then they told me that I have to go to service center..Why I will go to service center.I am not satisfied with the set then they should refund or replace it but they didn't instead they told me to go to service center.I just want my money back as per the rules of flipkart.I have the screenshots with me and also the recordings and last but not the least that the flipkart one executive told me that I will get refund and one told me that I have to go to service center.Why I will go to service center according to their policies 10days replacement or refund system.I placed the return before 10 days.If u kindly solve the problem as early as possible I will be highly Obliged.
