I have booked lenovo k8 plus online .My money get deducted but I have not got my mobile.When i called customer care they told me that i will not get my mobile because their website got crashhed because of load.whenever i call them they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.but when their 24 hrs will start n end they themselves doesnot know.please help.i have already paid money and flipkart doesnot have any proper solution.Some customer executive told that they got money i will get my booked mobile,some told that i will get refund,some told that they dont have resolution ,their senior will call me within 24 hrs but which 24 hrs they dont know.today is 4th day and i called them more than 20 times for the resolution but nothing happened.some executive disconnected my call
My 8999 rs is with flipkart what about that.So many people do flipkart shopping more than crore rs are there because of their problems and no resolution.what should i do.if money get deducted and order not even confirmed not even received...i have lost my 8999.i want resolution for this.when i told them that i will call consumer forum and complain they said it doesnt matter.nothing is written on flipkart site about customer complain resolution time.if poor person saves money and buy someting for their important purpose what they will do if they doesnot get product and lost money while online shopping.8999 is not small amount.please do someting as soon as possible.thanks in advance.
