Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Laptop Complaint Rating:   

I brought a loptop online from Flipkart.com and it was delivered to me on 2nd March. The product that was sent to me was different from the specifications that were mentioned online. The website showed that the laptop is fitted with 2GB NVidia Graphics card but the product I received is not equipped accordingly. After checking the product I wrote an email to Flipkart but they didn't take any action. I also put up a refund request but that was also not processed. On enquiring about the product they told me to call the manufacturer and ask them about the same. I called them and they also told me that the laptop I have is not fitted with graphics card and this model is even not compatible with graphics card. The website is displaying false information and not delivering the appropriate product.
