Flipkart Pvt Ltd - Iphone 6 Complaint Rating:   

I bought a product from flipkart on 27th January.The touch of the phone stopped working.The apple service centre refused to repair the product because according to them the IC of the phone was duplicate.I filed a complain and kept calling flipkart for resolution.I have also provided them with every proof.Still they are not providing me resolution.Its been more than 15 days and they are again and again telling me to wait.They have also promised me to call with 24-48 hours but they did not.They are again and again extending the date and whenever I'm calling them they are not providing me proper answers.
