Flipkart Pvt Ltd - I M Complaing Regarding My Refund Is Not Given By Flipkart In My Bank Account Against I Purchared A Jacket From Flipkart And Paid Through Debit Card Complaint Rating:   

ordered a united colours of Benetton black colour quilted jacket amount of 1394/- paid my united bank of india debit card from flipkart on 3 jan 2017and it was delivered to me on 5 jan 2017. then it was not in good quality as much i expected from flipkart.then i applied for the return requst from flipkart app.the order was succesfully picked up by flipkart devlivery boy on 5 jan 2017. the fipkart sent me a message about the details of my product which i purchased was succesfully picked up by flipkart boy, the ampunt of 1394/- which i paid for the jacket is returned and reflected in my bank account within 6 days but till now the amount was not credited in my bank account. i contacted to flipkart through customer care but every time i says all cusomer executive is busy.then i sent a written mail to flipkart through customer support but they said we will looking into this issue the atill my refund is not reflected in my bank account.i am sending daily a warning mail to flipkart against my refund but still they are making fool of me that we have already sent your amount to your bank account.i have go to bank and they give my bank statement of this January but still i fou d there is no amount 1394/- in my bank account. i m attaching the images of my bank details of this month. but they always trying to making fool of me tht we already sent your amount. i m totally helpless qhat should i do now there is no one is listening.please resolve my issue as soon as possible.thank you.
